Roatán Intelligence is the tourism-strategy series of the Roatán Tourism Bureau. We read the global forces reshaping travel against the island's own data — arrivals, airlift, cruise capacity, competitor positioning, reef health and traveler sentiment — and turn them into strategy the island's trade, investors and policymakers can act on.

Figures are drawn from the Honduran Institute of Tourism (IHT), UN Tourism, the Healthy Reefs Initiative, published airline and cruise schedules, OTA and search-trend signals, and visitor sentiment data. Author-derived calculations are flagged. Every published number carries a source line.
The series is produced by the Roatán Tourism Bureau, an initiative operating within the Próspera ecosystem on the island.
